Program Description:
How to provide quality library services to the increasing Chinese American/Canadian communities? What to do when you don't have a language/cultural specialist on your staff? Where to go to get assistance? Panelists will share strategies and best practices in
planning; networking; resource sharing; selecting, collecting and
processing scholarly and popular materials; and outreach to the Chinese
American/Canadian communities to introduce library services and
resources.
