Position: Special Collections Librarian

The University of Maryland Libraries is seeking a Special Collections Librarian for Access that will lead planning and project direction for arrangement and description initiatives in Hornbake/Special Collections. This person acts as leader of the Access Group as well as serving as a liaison to the Libraries’ Metadata Services department. They will supervise processing projects. Depending on subject expertise and interests this position will play an affiliated role in one of four collection groups within Special Collections. Other duties may include serving on a reference desk, committee work, and instructional assignments.
